Membership Registration

Register with us through your email id and contact details and become a Korikart Thailand Member. Korikart Thailand Reward Points is a new upgraded membership program that allows you to earn points on valid product purchases and with extra benefits. User will have to register to earn reward points for every purchase. Guest users will not be able to earn the points for their purchase. Registration is required.

  1. You will not get any pointsfor the purchase made before registration. Customers can join the membership program with any purchase.
  2. Sign up and you will earn 400 points. You will get the same points as your purchase amount excluding taxes.
  3. Points will automatically be added to your account.
  4. You can redeem the points earned in next purchase. Points accumulated are non-transferableand non-exchangeable for cash.
  5. Once you cancel the order, the points earned for that order will also be deducted.
  6. Rs 1 Spent = 1 point Earned Conversion:  20 Points= 1Rs

Ordering System

The customer can place their online orders in just a few simple steps. The orders can be placed either through self or by contacting us through chat or call. You can contact us via mail at thailand@korikart.com .You can also call us at 020774335 / 0970353915.

For placing the order by self-

  1. Add the products in your cart.
  2. Fill up the required billing details.
  3. Redeem any points if available.
  4. Click on Place your order and complete the procedure.

Return/Exchange Policy

Korikart offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein the customers can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 2 days of its delivery. For all products, the general returns/replacement policy will prevail.

How do I return an item purchased on Korikart?

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team. You can contact us via mail at thailand@korikart.com. You can also call us at 020774335 / 0970353915.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order.
  • Step 3: We will initiate the pick- up of the products within 3-5 business days.

Conditions for Refund:

 We will initiate the refund or replacement process once we receive the products and check them.

  • The products should be in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
  • The products should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains.
  • If any product is missing or damaged, the customers should send the images via mail.
  • Refund will be initiated only if we receive the correct products back.

Refund Payment Procedure

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 2-3 days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will ask the bank details and initiate the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed 2-3 days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It may take additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

What if the discount vouchers or loyalty points are used during the time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and the customer will not be able to use it again if the order is returned. If you had redeemed Korikart Thailand points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a return/cancellation.

Delivery System

Once the order is placed, we ensure that the products are delivered on time. The order is delivered usually in 3-5 working days. For the convenience of the customers, the tracking details are shared and the customers can easily track their orders.

We deliver all over Thailand and we offer Free Shipping on cart value above 5,000THB. In case there is any query regarding shipping, the customers can contact us for further assistance.
